Service was fine but, the product looks like something from HomeGoods. It is embarrassing. Pattern looks like a mistake not a design. Quality is poor. There were strings coming out of the binding. I am really easy going. But, this is like a bait and switch .

A lot of logistics back and forth and told items are in stock when they aren't. To get then have to request a completely different sweatshirt then I originally ordered because there were no sizes left. Once I finally received my order it arrived with a stain on it.

Package arrive on time but the top panel was damaged in a corner. The directions leave much to be desired. A video showing how to assemble would be helpful. In my opinion, the quality of the piece is low. It seems like it is a wood paper finish applied to particle board. Part of the finish came off when removing the packing tape. Why would they use packing tape to hold pieces together that can remove the wood finish when you remove the packing tape during unpacking? I don't know either. The fit of the pieces are not the best either. Would look elsewhere.

Candle arrived broken. Notified them via email multiple times regarding this. No reply, no resolution has been made. Will be contacting my cc company with documentation.
