My rug said it was

My rug said it was 10' square but it actually was 10'4" and 10'8" I had to move furniture to make it fit cause it was too expensive to return. Disappointed In the false advertising. Rug is nice though.

Disappointed

I had a question about my order that nobody responded to. The rug arrived and never settled an d was buckling so I was asking for help. Also, I returned one of my rugs and have not received my refund yet. I sent it over 3 weeks ago. Thought my experience would be better so disappointed.

Slow service and follow up

It took forever to get one rug canceled and the other one shipped to me despite having paid for expedited shipping.

I was recommended by you

I was recommended by you guys to get a rug pad but in fact I didn’t need one because I was putting the rug under a bed. Then inquired to return it but was told I can’t. Very disappointing especially since my family and I have recommended Jill Zarin to many friends. The rug pad is, I assume new, yet was not sent in its own sealed package. Yet now i’m told I can’t return it! Makes no sense. It is NOT a custom made rug. If your saying I need to just throw it away shame on you. In addition it also means I’m throwing away $25. that’s a upsetting and quite frankly a hardship for me! I have inquired about a credit and reason for not being able to return it several times but no response. Thank you for hearing my concerns. Janet Hartman
