Love the design. Price is good. Rug doesn’t lay flat outside. Flaps around.

The ordering process was seamless. I was taken aback when I was charged shipping despite the fact that a bullet point on the item page states free shipping. When I inquired about that I was told only over a higher dollar amount gets free shipping. It did have that banner at the top of the page. I think it’s contradictory to have free shipping as a bullet point, though, if it’s not. Happy with my rug, though.

Have ordered Jill Zarin rugs on the past, and was happy with purchases. Love the rug color and texture. But the quality of this runner doesn't match the previous ones. It is with flaws, loose threads and dirty areas, clearly was a return. I didn't have energy to exchange for another one.
