The product came in damaged, and they were unable to replace the single part. They offered me a discount or to return the whole product for a new one. I already assembled the product, so I took the discount instead. I was bummed, but I'll take it

Love the rug, however it does have a bit of damage on it. I didn’t return it because I have thrown out the packaging.

Not happy

I am still waiting for my credit when I shipped back my carpet on May 14th and I had to pay for the shipping myself. Never have I had to pay for a return shipping myself with another company before. I will not be a returning customer.

Received 1 out of 4 blankets I ordered…I emailed customer service and got a response that they are looking into it …no further response. I understand but a little communication is the key to good customer service. I love Jill Zarin products so I was really disappointed.
