Very disappointed. Rug already piling after just minimal outdoor use. Rug is on our covered patio and we have sat outside just a few times and recently noticed the rug piling under our barefeet. We don't wear shoes in the house so we step right onto this rug so issue is not caused by shoes.

Returned, because I ordered the wrong color. Took a week for them to send a return label. I am now at 3 weeks waiting for the credit on my card. Yikes.

Shipping took a long time and the runner was folded so the edges now curl and I can't get them to lay flat. Disappointed in that. The rug itself is really great though, I reordered it after accidentally ruining the first one with urethane varnish.

I ordered a rug but unfortunately needed to return it. I emailed did rerun label and it took another 3 emails before I actually received the label. Trying to get the label took more than 9 days of the 30 day return period. Rug itself was great and wish it was the color I needed, only complaint was return process.
