Wouldn't buy from her ever again

I sent in a question about a product and have not received an answer yet

Customer service has been good, but the packing of the rug was very poor. The plastic was ripped and the rug was exposed to the elements.

The door mat was not as thick as expected

It was okay. I had a question about color that I sent before I ordered but got no response. I did not get confirmation or info about delivery - I sent a question as to when to expect delivery and got a response a few days later. It came in about ten days -
