The rug was nice looking but my complaint will be that the color of the rug was listed as “yellow” but it was more like gold. I went more with the description listed than the color on the screen as computers sometimes distort the colors. It also had some long strings from the binding process that had to be handled. Customer service was very responsive over billing issue.

The rug is soft and the quality and color is great. However, I did not realize for shipping reasons the rug would come folded...12x9. It’s been weeks and it still has fold marks. Customer service has been helpful with ideas.

I arrive very quickly. All pieces were accounted for. I referred to the door installation previously…..the door should have been installed at ‘Step 11,’ not step 19.

Took longer to ship than anticipated but arrived by when I needed it and in good condition.
