Worst product!

I have never had a worst customer service experience. My order never arrived, and when I reached out to you, you told me to take it up with FedEx because you don’t care. A good company would apologize and just send the order to the correct address. I feel that Jaxx stole $600 from me.

Chair cost me over $500 and then arrived damaged. They then made me pay over $350 to ship it back. This is a scam Will never use this company again

Extremely uncomfortable so I threw it away.

Ordered 4 weeks ago, nothing delivered, website says order is "still processing" no contact from the company.
