I ordered over a month ago. The site said to expect 3-5 business days for shipping. I gave a lot of extra time due to COVID delays. But I still have not received the item.

Never got my order

Ordered a bean bag chair 3 weeks ago. Website still says it’s “processing”. Can’t get anyone on the phone. No one has responded to my calls or emails. I have no idea if or when I will receive this Item.

Didn't receive my order (# 800012116). Expected delivery time was 5-6 days, and it has been more than three weeks.

Have not received my order.
