Unfortunately I don’t have anything good to say. I have reached out through the chat function two times and have yet to receive a response. Thoroughly disappointed with the product and the company. I wish I had good things to say but the only positive is the bag is huge which is what I wanted. But it is not a bean bag at all and I’m so confused on regarding the false advertisement.

Poor and disappointing order, shipping and delivery issues

Have not had a good experience! Placed order on 11/18 for full price dog steps which showed in stock & ready to ship. Still not received as of Dec 5th after numerous calls and emails with customer service. Was supposed to receive before thanksgiving, still haven’t received. Tracking showed shipped but never received then was sent back to manufacturer due to not being able to be delivered but no reason why it wasn’t able to be delivered. Still have not received refund or promised credits due to Black Friday deals and offers I’ve been receiving by email daily. Still nothing. Very disappointed and frustrated. Waste of everyone’s time and energy with hours spent on calls trying to get info on what is going on. Meantime emails daily showing discounts and in stock availability. That is not the reality though! Meantime my credit card has been charged as of 11/18 when order was placed at full price but have not received merchandise or refund to my credit card. Just not right!

Don’t waste your money.

We purchased the koku oval egg chair for our 9 year old and have regretted it. It is a large, unevenly lumpy, and hard waste of space. It’s difficult to sit on even as an adult as it has no give and the foam lumps inside do not move or adapt essentially pushing you out of the chair. I tried reaching out to customer service about the issue and never heard back. Don’t bother buying these.

I have never had a worst customer service experience. My order never arrived, and when I reached out to you, you told me to take it up with FedEx because you don’t care. A good company would apologize and just send the order to the correct address. I feel that Jaxx stole $600 from me.

SCAM, DO NOT BUY

Chair cost me over $500 and then arrived damaged. They then made me pay over $350 to ship it back. This is a scam Will never use this company again
