The brackets did not come with the table. The screws given were too short to fix the tabletop to the legs. Also, the instructions given were the wrong ones and when I was sent the correct ones these were very minimal.

Have asked about the return process as the chairs we purchased are not suitable for our staff. We have not heard anything back.

The chip board breaks easily, the predrilled holes are useless as you have to screw into straight chipboard for most of the screws. The instructions are also useless as they don't have directions whatsoever, you just have to assume what screws you need and where they have to go.

I have contacted the customer service for a few time, but until now 18/1/26, more than one month still no news for my missing parts. Terrible delivery company. Not sure I will ever receive it or not.
