Product where made. Would be nice to be 100% Australian for the amount aid for. Instruction manuals need to be reviewed. Having something as simple as each part with a number sticker attached would make the assembly much easier to understand.

Really Disappointed with the purchase

The products showing as available in the site are not actually in stock. I had to change my options 3 times due to unavailability. I have made an order for home office desk, received mails on its dispatch but no further delivery information. After waiting for one week, it was informed that my order is not able to track or is lost. Even for making a replacement order, required product was not in stock. So I canceled my order and waiting for the refund.

Terrible Experience

Took 4 attempts and 6 days after the promised delivery date to recieve a desk and filing drawers. Then found the drawers were severely damaged. To their credit the Jason L customer service team were helpful, responsive and refunded for the drawers. Sadly this company is being let down by their delivery contractor. Would not deal with them again.
