Packaging was damaged, bolts don't line up

I would rather pick up in store and have jason.l pay the freight

The wholes for the screws did not line up with the chair legs. One of the chair legs is unfortunately bent and thus not sitting even on the ground.

Lack of communication from when the product was purchased and paid for until delivery. Delivery turned up 2 days early and l was away. No communication of when it would turn up next. 2 days later l received a phone call 7. 30am saying im 30 minutes away.
