Doors are very stiff to open and close. Quite a few irregularities in the wood. Already been replaced once.

No response to my last lot of feedback. No one even spoke to me at the store I went into. Basically helped myself to spend there.

Customer service was good in store but I had to go to the desk to ask for help. No one approached me to help. I was 8 months pregnant at the time.

Overall nice experience however the price was reduced immediately after purchase.

I would have given 5 stars but there’s a very hard and sharp piece on one of the edges of the rug and it’s borderline dangerous. It is physically within the rug so I can’t see or remove whatever it is. Otherwise it’s a beautiful rug and lovely and soft :)
