James Lane

I bought this at Boxing Day sales price, either way good price for this size and spec of mirror. I love the bezeless look of the mirror, makes my narrower living area look much bigger. I decided to hang this mirror as it’s against hard plaster, it’s a big heavy monster over 10kg, make sure you know what you’re doing. Other than this, James Lane stores and their website store need to get the separation of their services together and fix it asap. My mirror wasn’t even sent to my designated store as it was meant to, I thought it would be there after a week but nope, no one sent it. She said online orders have nothing to do with the store, ah okay, right, oops, stupid me, should have known that James Lane! - lol. When in doubt, blame the customers, haha. I assume they’ll fix these snags eventually but probably not. Same thing happened to my partner, it’s a recurring issue.

I purchased the wooden chain to display on my table. The quality is quite poor as the wood has not been sealed. Consequently, the wood has gone mouldy.

Unfortunately the chair paint had not been sealed properly unlike the chair at the display store. Black paint was rubbing off on clothing. The first time the chairs were returned for replacement at my cost. The replacement chairs had the same problem. James Lane organised pickup and refund of this lot of chairs. We ended up going with a different brand. Given the paint issue happened twice, I can not recommend these chairs but that is not a direct fault of James Lane who were professional throughout the sale and aforementioned issues.

Didn't expect the poor quality of the product.
