Haven’t received it as yet so how can I review it

shipping and delivery were fine. the product was so wrapped in plastic and hard to remove from a seat cushion that is nailed to the base of a chair!

Communication re delivery was confused depending on who responded to questions. However, it was well packaged, arrived on time as notified by the courier and the delivery team were very accommodating.

Great quality products. Unfortunately the system on their website was confusing during cart/purchase experience. I had to create an account and log in and wasn’t given the option to sign in as a guest. It kept refreshing back to the same page and PayPal charged me me several times (turning out to be “pending” charges that eventually went away) before I’d even given my shipping details and reviewed my cart etc. The site charged me extra for shipping and I had to call customer service to have part of it refunded.

Delivery and billing addressed become switched and distorted in check out. Extremely hard to get ahold of the company via phone. 6 attempts, 4 days and no answers. Finally resolved via online helpdesk and was average at best
