Service contact good, only a

Service contact good, only a 2 hour window for delivery which is great. However the truck broke down for first delivery so had to wait a few extra days for delivery.

Okay service

Took longer than expected for order to arrive, and could never get anyone to answer the phone when calling the store directly. As such I ended up ordering online. Yet to collect product but was told I'd need two people to collect as it was a large item - no offer of assistance from the store itself, but perhaps this is an H&S issue.

Nightmare to deal with, regarding

Nightmare to deal with, regarding aftercare, no reflection on the staff working in store, they were amazing to deal with. However issues are dealt with head office, who do not know their right hand from their left hand. Difficult to get on the phone and slow to respond via email. Would not choose to purchase again unless l could pick the item up myself
