I can’t comment as it hasn’t arrived

Customer service was great but delivery did not meet my expectations. I paid $40, I live on my own and was left to carry the heavy bed head up a flight of stairs as the delivery provider refused to help me. I would not order from you again because of this.

Damaged potentially in in shipping?

Service from customer service was good as they Updated me on the delivery of the clock but they didn’t get it back in stock

This was the only James Lane product I bought on line and everything else was in store. I think that’s why I was so disappointed because the service in the store I could not fault.
