Customer service was great but

Customer service was great but delivery did not meet my expectations. I paid $40, I live on my own and was left to carry the heavy bed head up a flight of stairs as the delivery provider refused to help me. I would not order from you again because of this.

This was the only James

This was the only James Lane product I bought on line and everything else was in store. I think that’s why I was so disappointed because the service in the store I could not fault.

Adjust marketing - there were

Adjust marketing - there were delays in delivery due to black friday. A voucher was offered to apologise, but when visiting website, all customers had same option to get $50 voucher by signing up to newsletter. So not specific to customers who had delayed deliveries.
