I ordered online with delivery

I ordered online with delivery to my local store. While the product arrived safely, I think the communication around delivery could be improved. I was only told it would take around 7 days, and when that time passed with no update, I called the number provided. Unfortunately, they couldn’t give me much information. However, when I contacted the store directly, the staff member was very helpful — he explained the store’s delivery schedule and was able to track my order, which I appreciated. It was a bit surprising that the main line couldn't provide the same details.

Customer service was great but

Customer service was great but delivery did not meet my expectations. I paid $40, I live on my own and was left to carry the heavy bed head up a flight of stairs as the delivery provider refused to help me. I would not order from you again because of this.
