Shipping fees were a bit expensive and took longer than expected.

we ordered two. one came with a broken joint and the team helped replace it. the stool itself is very sleek. its stylish and elevates with its neat finish. suitable for tight spaces. value for money wise, its slightly overpriced but we got it during a sale. customer service is fantastic!

. . Freight wasn't super fast. And the delivery drivers left my box in the rain which was upsetting as the chairs were quite wet when I unpacked them

Ordered online it would have been great if there was a showroom but otherwise happy with product
