. . Freight wasn't super fast. And the delivery drivers left my box in the rain which was upsetting as the chairs were quite wet when I unpacked them

Ordered online it would have been great if there was a showroom but otherwise happy with product

Bigger job than expected to assemble. Door don’t exactly line up.

My order came within a reasonable time and delivery went well. The product was slightly damaged with a small scuff mark on the front of the unit. But when I got in touch with support they responded straight away. As they did not have another of the product available they offered a $100 refund and suggested a product that could help hide it, which ended up working well. All in all, love the unit and was happy with the service!
