My order came within a reasonable time and delivery went well. The product was slightly damaged with a small scuff mark on the front of the unit. But when I got in touch with support they responded straight away. As they did not have another of the product available they offered a $100 refund and suggested a product that could help hide it, which ended up working well. All in all, love the unit and was happy with the service!

Ask again when the order has been delivered

Delivery was really quick. Unfortunately one door on the entertainment unit hands lower than the other which spoils the look.

The furniture quality is good, but it took 21 days to be delivered. No shipment tracking or clear delivery date was provided. They rely on a third-party company (as most companies do) for shipment, but that can't excuse the lack of shipment-related information provided to the customer.

Not happy with the colour.
