Industry West

Great quality, well-shipped, no assembly required and very cool looking.

Great service & quick delivery!

looks great and great quality would def recommend

Beautiful and sturdy, Excellent quality, hope to have them for a long time!

I ordered the cane bed in tropical green and absolutely love it. I’m also incredibly impressed with the customer service of Rocco for the NYC showroom. He helped me every step of the way for a few weeks - sending me color samples and keeping me updated on stock, as when I started my inquiry my desired color was on back order, and then all the way to making the ordering process easy and shipping/delivery streamlined. The bed (as I imagine their other products) is top quality and fairly easy to assemble. My cat even loves it :-)! I appreciate the shopping experience and result. I can’t reiterate enough how wonderful Rocco was in helping me...I hope his boss(es) sees this review and knows what a valuable person they have on their team. Overall, would highly recommend industry west!
