Industry West

I ordered a Prouve Chair (White on Oak), and it arrived with a small dent and scratch on the seat and the hardware. I sent a photo to customer service, and they got back to me very quickly and let me know they’d be sending a replacement, but that I did not have to send back the first chair. The second chair arrived in pristine condition! Now I have a pair of beautiful chairs, and the confidence in knowing that Industry West makes good on their warranty. I will certainly look to them for future furniture needs. Wonderful service!

Great chairs and delivery earlier than promised

I ordered a number of pieces of furniture and due to the delay in my new house being built (CO-VID19 impact) I needed to work with Rocco to help with my order and decisions on delaying the shipment. Not only have i been pleased with the sample chair i ordered, but the service provided by Rocco exceeds all expectations for customer service! I would love to share pictures when my new home is complete with my new furniture.

I really like the sturdiness and weight of this stool. Using it at my standing desk. Built solid. Feels great. All I had to do was screw the padded seat and add the rubber feet. Easy to set up. I appreciated the email communication about delivery from Industry West. Thank you!
