took to long to get the parts. No one kept in touch with me about the delays. I had to contact Ihome why it was taking so long for my order to arrive.

Customer service was overall good. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The overall product is well designed: separate clean and dirty water tanks, comfortable handle and sufficient water feed. What you're missing is a second roller brush running 1) clockwise and 2) counterclockwise. Take a look at the Karcher FC 7. They started with one brush and then came out with the FC 7, which has two. The rest of their design, comfortable handle, no dirty water tank and water dispensing - sucks!

Very responsive once I finally explained my issue as well as provided a video for the 3rd time. Your emails didn't seem as though your staff/team were taking to each other or sharing the information I had already provided. Even after my replacement was shipped, I was receiving emails asking me why I hadn't responded back to you regarding my issue.
