Don’t have a working vacuum, but they’re working on it??

Replacement wheel was sent and a video to install it. The wheel does not fit model.

Came in bundle kit with roller brush. Brush fit perfect but filters were about two inches too long. Simple fix by cutting excess off. Bundle cost me 1/3 of what I paid for entire vacuum
