Wasn't on 100% happy with customer service. However in the end they really came through.. just couldn't get the Luna vac to work right in my home. They replaced it with the Nova pro and I couldn't be happier I really couldn't.

Customer service is good. Calling is more efficient than email. I have been having issues with my Halo since I bought it, and after 6 months and 3 separate issues they sent me a replacement with another model. Staff is easy to talk to and responsive.

The one they sent came on time the shipping was no problem I will not buy another sweeper from this company.
