Replaced same HT chair from 2008

Was very happy with my prior chair, but after 13 great years, The motors got too loud for our living room. Not so happy with this Wholebody 5.1 massage chair. The calf massager in this model is horrible. Doesn't do a thing compared chair to my last generation model. My wife used to use the old chair every night. She doesn't bother with this calf massager at all. I bought it for her. Very disappointed. The change in the controls are less than desirable as well. If I could return this chair, I would.

Frustrating interaction

I tried to call and got only voicemail. I used the website and eventually got in touch with someone, but only through texting or email. The entire interaction would have been much easier and more convenient by phone. I was also very unimpressed with Allegro home delivery. They did not return phone calls and I made numerous calls over numerous days. On the upside, I love the chair now that it's actually here. I will not go through this process again with Human Touch and Allegro. Any time I am getting a delivery, I will be sure Allegro is NOT the delivery service.

Chair Quality Good - Disappointed with Customer Service

Purchased directly from Human Touch. Chair quality is good, although unsure if it's good value for money. It does indeed support my weight, (350lb+), which was a key consideration. Assembled them myself. However, discovered a paint chip in the leg that I'm unsure was caused by me during assembly, or was delivered in this condition. Two contacts with Customer Service was less than satisfactory. One to ask a question about assembly that was never answered. The second to ask a question about touch-up repair suggestions for the paint chip, which took too long to answer.

you need a new shipping company

I like my chair. I had to wait quite awhile for it. I sat all day waiting, changed my plans to be home when it was supposed to arrive, and waited all weekend til Monday just to get a response that they didn't know why I didn't get my chair, so they promised another day, and finally at 5:30 that day, I got my chair. They deliver it to any room, but they don't unwrap or do anything, just "deliver".
