return process is hard

I have had to send multiple emails to get the RMA, and now multiple emails to get the refund confirmation, shouldn't be this hard to make a return and refund. Can you please send me a refund confirmation, thanks.

zero gravity recliner

the latest design of the zero gravity chair has too much lumbar support. the previous design was better

Overall the chair is ok.

Overall the chair is ok. The massage is to intense even on low when it gets down to around the lower back area. The rollers actually lift you right out of the chair and it hits right were the kidneys are located. It really hurt and I was very sore for 3 days. I not put a pillow behind me. I would send the chair back if I had the box. I've sat in many massage chairs and never ever had this problem.

Horribly archaic online shopping experience

So, we did end up getting our chair soon(ish) and from the moment the white glove company called us to schedule delivery, Human Touch was redeemed in our eyes a bit. Because the online shopping experience and subsequent customer service interactions were abysmal. I was actually in the process of trying to get hold of someone - anyone - to cancel the order when the chair finally did arrive: 1) after spending close to $3,000 it took 72 hours for me to receive a order confirmation via email. That’s disconcerting when spending this much $.2) in those 72 hrs I couldn’t get hold of any real person to confirm my order and get a shipping date estimate. Order was placed on a Thursday, only heard about my order - via email - on Tuesday. 3) The email from the customer service person was defensive about my not getting an order confirmation number yet AND told me it’d take up to 8 weeks to get my chair! Well, I had paid extra $ for fast shipping and in the meantime had found many stores who had the same chair in stock, about same price (minus the shipping I paid you) AND would deliver within a week for FREE!!! At that point I was feeling cheated and wanted to cancel my order, but never managed to get any HUMAN on the phone, the online chat had me going in circles, and no one ever answered my email about getting a tracking number on anything real proof that I did have a chair coming my way and when. 4) After another week I finally got an email giving me a tracking number and explaining how to use it. 5) that tracking number was useless as the shipping company didn’t have a user friendly website to check against that tracking number… It was one of the most frustrating experiences shopping online I ever had! Finally - surprise - the delivery company called and delivered the chair!!! If only a human being had simply checked on the tracking/ shipping for me and answered my email saying simply that the chair was on the way and that it’d be delivered within 7-10 days, I’d have been happy. Instead I was told I had to wait until April or May for a chdir I bought in February and couldn’t get any updates being that. Fortunately we do love the chair and the delivery company was professional and kind during delivery. So I give the chair 5 stars, the delivery trucker 5 starts, but the online shopping experience was a 2 star process

Very uncomfortable chair

I’m 5’2 and find this very expensive chair awkward to use. The lever to release is slightly out of reach. The chair when fully reclined is comfortable, but when I’m ready to sit back up it’s a struggle. Rarely use it.
