I absolutely love my chair but it was impossible to find out the status of the order and delivery took forever.

I wish it was a little more comfortable, I love the size of this thing but I really only like one of the pre-programmed options and I feel like it doesn't go up far enough on your neck and it would be better if it reclined more or at least had a foot rest. I was really excited about it and I wish I love that more or used it once at my friends house before actually making the purchase but I don't know if she had a different model but I didn't have the same experience that I'm not having the same experience with mine at home

Don’t get me wrong, this is a good product. Too bad it isn’t made for those that are petite sizes.

I bought the foot and calf massager to relax and invigorate my feet. The only problem is the unit is pretty tight up in the calf area and at times uncomfortable when the message unit tries to message the upper calf. Because of that, my wife and I find it better to not place our feet all the way down into the unit. Otherwise, it does a great job and is great for relaxing after a hard day at work or play.

We have had our chair since November and we really like the features that are offered. Our only disappointments thus far are that there is nothing that massages the buttocks or sides (this chair is strictly for your back) and it is REALLY low to the ground. It really should be higher up off the ground because it makes getting in and out difficult, especially if you are older or have back issues. Other than that, though, we like it.
