Human Touch

Even though the chair works well I wish it was more adjustable. I'd like for thenfootrrst could be lower to Massage my calf muddles better. I also wish I sat higher in the seat so the chair would massage my lower back better. I'm going to work on it and make it fit me better. The massage unit on the chair work great however.

We bought our chair largely for the "stretch" function. Friends have had one of these chairs for several years and did recommend to us. It would be even better if the massage continued lower, into the lowest area of the back and gluteal area.

Pros: comfortable, but you still get deep tissue massage (if you remove the back padding) or use the padding if you have tender tissue; serves as additional seating in your living room!; quick and easy to use for when you don't have time to go get a massage; great investment - no more spending on $80 one-hr massages; there's enough room and it also reclines. Cons: the only reason for a 4-star is because it could use a foot rest so that you don't strain your back (a little bit of elevation on my feet completely relaxes my Lower back and hips, allowing for the chair to do a better job). I use my own but have to keep moving it from one place to another as I only have one.

I added some 3 inch legs to this chair as it is too low to the ground for me to get in and out of. That is the only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of 5. The massage is not mamby pamby its similar to deep tissue. When the chair arrived, it did not function but the customer service at Human Touch is terrific! I got a replacement back and remote in 2 days and all is working well.

I love the chair, it's perfect after a workout at the gym.
