The pad sets were a great price, but I am not in love with the PClive set I got. Unfortunately it was the only one available in the gray color. I feel like I am sitting on a bubble. I would like to purchase a memory foam inset but was told they are not available for purchase. I am disappointed in the PC live for my 600

The Foot Massager is not comfortable on calf. I have to use a blanket on it.

I have the Human Touch 8.0. I like it, but I would love it if I was able to lay prone and get a comfortable massage. At present this is impossible because there are certain roller transition positions which force me to lift my head and body causing me to be very uncomfortable. This problem needs to be worked on.

This chair is great for reclining, but it doesn't sit upright for reading. You start at recline and only can recline more. It also pushes your head forward which is unnatural. Even with pillow out.
