Human Touch

So the stripped down design is beautiful and goes great in our living room. I use the chair daily. What I wish was better: I wish the "park" function worked on my remote control; I wish the shoulder massage got to the part it misses and that the neck massage wasn't so wide as to be pointless; I sure wish I understood the glide and position buttons and; I sure wish the "Whole Body" massage chair had rollers in the seat to get at the back of my thighs. I'd still buy it because it's the prettiest massage chair out there (we got it in white), but it needs some more work.

Broken remote

Wish I could have upgraded to the 7. 1 or 8. 0 chair for the 3D technology. Gave 4 stars because exchanges/returns are too pricey.

I bought the chair for my life-partner who for years found it difficult to find a comfortable, non-painful position to sit in any length of time. It felt like a miracle to find this chair that can be adjusted to where there is no pressure point or at least a consistent pressure point. She was in hospice for about 3 months and the chair worked out alright. However, she would get stuck in the chair and unable to navigate the controls and avoided the chair unless someone was in the room with her. I find the controls a bit confusing sometimes also. The chair is really nice and a relief for my back and a wonderful stress relief.

The customer service was top-notch, but the recliner did not work for me specifically because the lumbar stuck out too far and the padding above it was insufficient.
