Love the chair. Would have given it 5 stars if I had been able to adjust the intensity of the massage. The calf squeeze is not bearable. I always take my legs out

It's great to have a few extra inches for my feet to rest on. And it's nice that it's tucked away under the chair when not in use. However, since you have to recline the chair a bit before it can be extended or stowed, it's a little difficult to lean forward to get the handle. If there's a way to re-design the handle for easier access that would be helpful. Also, due to the weight of the extension mechanism, it takes a bit more effort to recline the chair. Maybe some kind of counter-balance could be added behind the headrest to restore the zero gravity feature. I really appreciate the fact that it is stowed completely out of the way when not in use.

Like the product, a little different than I thought and not quite information on the website, but performs well, arrived well and I use it regularly.

The "L" bracket design works extremely well and makes a big difference massaging the lower back. The numerous massage modes provide lots of variety and can be focused on a particular area. I especially enjoy the lumbar heating element. The lower leg section does not work near as well and I don't find it useful. More control over the air pressure in the air bags would be a big improvement. Would be nice to separate the various areas, e.g., different pressure for the feet versus the calves.
