I ordered my garden shed in April & have still not received it. I was advised I would receive it on the 28th July but the delivery company contacted me to say they could not deliver & to contact yourselves for the reason. I emailed you on the 21st July for an update but have not had a response to date. So it was a big surprise to be asked to complete a review on how I am enjoying my shed!! Still hoping for a response to my email & a delivery date for my shed Regards Mr C M Jones

Totally rubbish service

I purchased a simple shed back in April . I then received an e mail informing me of a delay due to quality issues . Fair enough . Then I received an e mail in June asking had I received the shed. How they did not know is worrying. Guess what - no shed. It’s now the last week of July and guess what no shed . No responses to my e mail chasing the illusive shed . I have requested my money back and to cancel the shed . Guess what … no response. I have now contacted my black card to retrieve my money . Be warned !!!!

What shed

I ordered a shed in April I was given a delivery date in June. Two days before the delivery had a email to cancel till July. Then three days before another email to cancel. Now Hulubre are not getting back to me can’t get hold of anyone on the phones. Terrible service stay well clear

poor service-the man who deliverd it only had a yung lad to help him i payed to have the shed put up by your people and had to find someone else to put it up . I asked for a refund gave my bank detail but no refund still.I also paid out for screwes and nails ruffly cost of £50 so total£150 tha im owed

one man and a lad ls not enough man power. s
