Shed arrived about 18 weeks from order, I called to ask where it was and they had forgotten about me. Shed arrived I git dark and they said we cant put felt on it's too dark, can I do it? I said no so they done it in the dark, it was puckered so I called them back. Then in strong winds the whole of the roof felt came off after only 4 months. I called them and sent pictures, explaining that no other sheds around the area suffered any damage. They emailed back to say it's not guaranteed as it was a storm. U even said I would fit it if they paid for a reasonable quality felt, but now they don't respond. I will take this further as I wasn't claiming for any damages for the goods that were ruined inside but u will be going to the small claims court. Very disappointed they behave in this way but it won't wash with me .

Shed delivered at 9.30pm and was just left, a new appointment made for installation. Shed was subsequently damaged, shedrite was informed but installers came out without the new parts so another appointment for installation had to be made. They turned up in the pitch dark so unable to install so another appointment was made. Baring in mind this Shed was ordered in May it was finally installed December after 3 failed appointments, but because we let them install in the dark the work wasn't carried out properly so we had to have another appointment to rectify the shoddy installation. I found the whole process very laborious as ach appointment was a whole day off work. The customer service was lacking I am happy with the shed but would I use the company again, I dont think so.

Waited twenty six weeks for a twelve week product plus no replies to emails

Still waiting for a refund of the installation fee (they never installed it) and compensation for standing me up 5 times. Start to finish, the whole experience lasted 8 months. And I’ve had to call on friends to help finish it. For some reason they thought they could put the shed up in the dark, the last time they tried they put a foot through the roof. Unbelievable. Do not use them please.
