Ma commande a été livrée 5 mois plus tard alors qu’on m’avait dit 5-6 semaines lors de l’achat. La livraison avec Nationex a aussi été problématique: ils ne m’ont jamais informé qu’ils étaient en route et on laissé ma commande (deux grosses boites) devant ma porte d’entrée à la vue de tout le monde alors qu’il n’y avait personne à la maison.

It was very hard to reach anyone for online orders, and I wasn't told the delivery will be 3 months later when I placed the order. It turns out there was one item of the modular sofa that wasn't in stock so they held all the other items until this one became available. Also, I ordered a sofa that's taupe color, and a carpet that's grey, both turned out to be off-white. Overall, not great experience with this purchase. I'd be very cautious to order again. The issue was that the items I ordered were not displayed in their toronto showroom, so there were only website photos and descriptions to reference about the colors. Despite this, I still feel the actual colors of the furniture I purchased are too off from Must Societe's website photos and descriptions.

Commande en ligne début septembre 2025, livraison mi-novembre. Le plateau de la table n'était absolument conforme a la commande (erreur de finition de placage)- Très nombreux suivis de ma part pour avoir la confirmation de l'echange possible puis de très nombreux suivis nécessaires de ma part pour obtenir la confirmation de la livraison le 20 février de la nouvelle table et de l'échange. . . Soit plus de 6 mois entre la commande et l'obtention du modèle exact acheté. Il y a comme une sacrée problématique dans la logistique et la gestion du service client. Pour ma part, je ne commanderai plus jamais en ligne chez vous. J'adresse en revanche un grand merci a Koceila du service client qui m'a toujours répondu rapidement et au meilleur de ses moyens. We enjoyed the purchasing of our sofa at one of your stores. The wait was a month longer than announced, it was difficult to have updates. Delivery people were good and nice.

My opinion is waiting four months to receive an order is ridiculous. You’ve charged my credit card over $300. 00 yet the items won’t be shipped until April ‘26.
