Delivery dates were longer than what we were told at the time of placing our order, items defected or damaged, bad communication with accounting staff where they calculated amounts owed for delivery were incorrect, delivery personnel not professional, bad odor and incompetent installation of items delivered. Won't be repurchasing anything else in the future.

There is some kind of stain or mark on the arm of the lamp. I did nothing to cause this. It's rather poor that Ive paid so much for a lamp that has some marks on it.

I didn’t get much info about shipping and delivery. I had to seek out tracking numbers instead being sent them, and wasn’t informed that my items were shipping separately.

Pour les commandes en ligne, on a aucun information sur quand la commande sera envoyée, prête ou vers quelle date il est prévu le recevoir! On a seulement notre facture d’achat et on finit par être obligé après plusieurs semaines d’écrire au service à la clientèle.

Le temps d’attente de la livraison des meubles et pour avoir les produits est trop long.
