Packing was not good. Damaged on some items and still waiting for refund.

Aucun suivi, retard de plus de 6 mois sur ma commande

It took over two months to deliver some drinking glasses and I never got any updates unless I inquired. Luckily I didn’t specifically need them for the holidays, you know? And when I did inquire I’d get a casual “it’ll take an extra month”, like it’s nothing.

Took forever - system does not work to track the delivery. Called to schedule and then never showed up.

No real updates on the last remaining of my order.
