Took forever - system does not work to track the delivery. Called to schedule and then never showed up.

No real updates on the last remaining of my order.

Service absolument horrible

Worst buying experience I’ve ever had, customer service is nonexistent with this organization, did not receive the product anywhere relatively close to when it was supposed to, customer support was nonexistent when trying to find information about the shipment, uses a third party tracking system that does not integrate with internal tracking system so both are just not useful, if I didn’t desperately need the table I would’ve requested a refund and would suggest no one in there right mind ever chose to shop here. God only knows how much of a headache it is to return an item for refund. Horrible experience, horrible service for a table that genuinely looks like it’s from IKEA. I wouldn’t recommend Must societe to anyone, I was hoping to get the match side table but I won’t even bother. If I could give negative stars I would. Please run for the hills if considering shopping here.
