One of the worst customer
One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I ordered two items for in store pick up. Every employee at the store I spoke to redirected me to another employee or counter and I was ultimately redirected to the first counter I went to. That employee at that counter admitted to not knowing how to look up orders for in store pick up and asked for another employee’s help. Whole process took over 45 minutes for a store pick up. Then my second item was on back order despite being in stock when I ordered the item. I had to call customer service on multiple occasions until they finally agreed to ship the item over from another store in another city. I received the item two months after placing my order only due to my persistence. Both items were gifts.
