The delivery guys were great. Very respective of taking care with the delivery and providing all of the information we needed to know if any issues. However when we opened the boxes we noticed the side panels near the bed frame seemed to have been damaged during delivery. The Material is flattened and discolored. I raised the issue and i am waiting for a response. Here are photos showing the two side panels.

Delivery dates were longer than what we were told at the time of placing our order, items defected or damaged, bad communication with accounting staff where they calculated amounts owed for delivery were incorrect, delivery personnel not professional, bad odor and incompetent installation of items delivered. Won't be repurchasing anything else in the future.

There is some kind of stain or mark on the arm of the lamp. I did nothing to cause this. It's rather poor that Ive paid so much for a lamp that has some marks on it.

I didn’t get much info about shipping and delivery. I had to seek out tracking numbers instead being sent them, and wasn’t informed that my items were shipping separately.
