I saw the item in the Montreal store and asked if it was available. The helpful salesperson searched the store but couldn’t find one in the right colour despite it being listed in the system. That’s ok. I asked if I could order online and was told they ship across Canada, when I asked about shipping to Vancouver, they said no. I ordered online (March 23rd). After 4 weeks and no shipping info, I emailed to enquire, the agent apologized and removed the shipping charge (April 24th). The blanket eventually arrived (June 4th). Every individual I communicated with has been wonderful, but the lack of updates and information concerning the delays is where my complaints lie.
