J’ai reçu un article endommagé et très mal fait . J’ai voulu être remboursé car la confection du meuble était mauvaise et je ne voulais pas un remplacement on m’a donné un crédit ce que je voulais pas . J’ai tout essayé mais on m’est revenu avec la politique du magasin qui n’était vraiment pas claire lorsque l’on achète le produit . J’étais une bonne cliente mais je n’achèterai plus rien de vous et je parlerai de mon expérience à mon entourage

Produit défectueux reçu et pas de retour suite à mon courriel au service à la clientèle. Temps de réponse de 72 heures ouvrables a été excédé et je suis toujours en attente d’une réponse.

The products I bought really didn’t work, the shade on the lamp makes the light so so dark it might as well not be on. Your return policy was prohibitive though as it insists that all labels be on and all the original packaging. So I’m stuck with these lamps - will just give them away. .

Ma commande a été livrée 5 mois plus tard alors qu’on m’avait dit 5-6 semaines lors de l’achat. La livraison avec Nationex a aussi été problématique: ils ne m’ont jamais informé qu’ils étaient en route et on laissé ma commande (deux grosses boites) devant ma porte d’entrée à la vue de tout le monde alors qu’il n’y avait personne à la maison.

It was very hard to reach anyone for online orders, and I wasn't told the delivery will be 3 months later when I placed the order. It turns out there was one item of the modular sofa that wasn't in stock so they held all the other items until this one became available. Also, I ordered a sofa that's taupe color, and a carpet that's grey, both turned out to be off-white. Overall, not great experience with this purchase. I'd be very cautious to order again. The issue was that the items I ordered were not displayed in their toronto showroom, so there were only website photos and descriptions to reference about the colors. Despite this, I still feel the actual colors of the furniture I purchased are too off from Must Societe's website photos and descriptions.
