During the time waiting for delivery, which was inexplicably extended, there was inadequate communication from HORNE. Now in the final stage, the shipment has gone from Canada back to the USA because of customs issues which HORNE had stated would be covered, still without explanation. It's not clear that I will ever receive the item I have paid for.

Worst Customer service if that’s what they call it ever! I knew I would have to wait but emailed to check and never heard back second time till package arrived I LOVE the item but will not order from this vendor again.
