I ordered a Jielde lamp that took a few months to receive but that was clearly explained to me at the time when I placed my order. The lamp was delivered to me exactly when promised and I was thrilled.

Delivery delayed by 3-4 days. AM unsure about the effectiveness of the product without adequate refrigeration.
