Too much spam and pointless emails and adds after the purchase

They have not responded, so I can't speak on my experience???

Took 3 months to receive item Partially due to inability to navigate new US customs requirements.

I ordered the wrong size chair. Should have ordered a B instead of C.

Placed an order in December and didn't receive my order until March. Customer service was very responsive which was reassuring and I understand an order from an outside warehouse is out of their hands, however Horne should not have posted on the item page that these products are available to ship out in a timely manner if they are in fact not. I won't be ordering from this website in the future. Product was eventually received as described.
