Placed an order in December and didn't receive my order until March. Customer service was very responsive which was reassuring and I understand an order from an outside warehouse is out of their hands, however Horne should not have posted on the item page that these products are available to ship out in a timely manner if they are in fact not. I won't be ordering from this website in the future. Product was eventually received as described.

Not a great experience. 1. I had to email to get an update on my order after a month had passed. Coincidently, it then shipped out. 2. The box arrived totally damaged with a leg of the table sticking out. Not ideal for a $2k piece of furniture. 3. I ordered the model with an umbrella hole in the center, but the table I received does not have that feature.

I was supposed to be issued a refund for the coupon that was not applied at check out. I was told they refunded me, however I never saw it in my bank statement. When I reached out yet again they told me to figure it out with shop pay. Are you kidding me?! Shop pay has zero customer service. Never buying from Horne again.

My experience with the store customer service was awful. My lamp should be returned following my disappointment with the product. I choose to keep it to avoid giving me ridiculous excuses and never a fast honest solution. I would not consider the store in my future purchases.
