Have not heard back from customer service. Reached out twice.

My experience with the store customer service was awful. My lamp should be returned following my disappointment with the product. I choose to keep it to avoid giving me ridiculous excuses and never a fast honest solution. I would not consider the store in my future purchases.

During the time waiting for delivery, which was inexplicably extended, there was inadequate communication from HORNE. Now in the final stage, the shipment has gone from Canada back to the USA because of customs issues which HORNE had stated would be covered, still without explanation. It's not clear that I will ever receive the item I have paid for.

Long shipping process. Poor quality product

I ordered a gift in January and received it in June. Ridiculous.
