Bad customer service design

My experience with the store customer service was awful. My lamp should be returned following my disappointment with the product. I choose to keep it to avoid giving me ridiculous excuses and never a fast honest solution. I would not consider the store in my future purchases.

Still waiting for delivery

During the time waiting for delivery, which was inexplicably extended, there was inadequate communication from HORNE. Now in the final stage, the shipment has gone from Canada back to the USA because of customs issues which HORNE had stated would be covered, still without explanation. It's not clear that I will ever receive the item I have paid for.

not an easy process

item is not as pictured with noticeable defect after waiting 4-6 weeks. attempted to exchange online but no exchange option available. return option does not include shippping fee :(
