Quality curtain rod -- customizable. What's not to love?!?

Overall love the rods and they were easy to install, but the shipment was missing one wood screw and two finials were chipped. I was able to use another wood screw I had on hand and turn the finials to face the wall, so no issues in final set up.

The product is fine but I could have used more assistance in measuring the brackets, especially since they’re custom made. The center bracket (for reasons I do not understand) is still not the right size and I know I cannot return. So now I have four brackets I cannot use.

Rod was nice but rings are cheap and broke upon installation. Had to order new ones and wrong size sent. Too much friction for this price point

Quality and Service. . could not ask for more. but rod holders lack the screw to tighten to lock bar. For custom work and quality of craftsmanship. . this design oversight is disappointing.
