I missordered two parts and need to reorder!

1) I ordered four 1/2” curtain rod holders 2) They sent 1 1/2” ones 3) I complained. They said they would send replacements. 4) They sent 5/8” replacements. 5) I decided to live with the wrong size (I regret that now…but 1 pair is installed)

The customized bracket I ordered came quickly and looks very sturdy. I ordered it because I have a polished nickel shower curtain rod that needs additional support. The finish on your website said "Satin Nickel" so I figured that would be close enough. But your product is not nickel at all. It's just metal with a gray-silver paint that is nothing like real nickel. it looks more like a dull chrome or stainless steel, and it looks terrible when it is matched with the polished nickel rod. (see the first picture below) As a result, the bracket I ordered from you all was useless to me, and I ended up buying polished nickel bathrobe hooks at Rejuvenation and repurposing them as curtain rod brackets. (see the second picture below) So my feedback would be A for product quality, B for speed of delivery, and F for product description. If you're going to advertise something as Satin Nickel, make sure what you produce is actually satin nickel, or at least looks just like it to the untrained eye.
