Our decorator had shared with us so many problems with custom drapery rods and mounting hardware and we were very concerned that timing on the request could not be met. I picked this company based on their great reviews. I sent them a picture of the current rod holders, and chose a color of the material I wanted. I provided them with a date I needed them and received confirmation the very next day that they could meet the timeline and design requests. I got the products on the day promised they are installed a look amazing.
