Ordering was easy and tech support was awesome. Got detailed and patient support on specifying the order and making sure it was perfect first time. Order received well packed 3 weeks later and installation was easy and the results made wife very happy. Installed curtains for a 12’ door wall and saved over $3000 over a custom set up installed by a vendor. Couldn’t be happier with entire experience and the quality of the product was great and as promised! Will use again for sure. Kudos to Eric and support on the phone!

I searched high and low for a custom look at an accessible price, and couldn’t be more pleased with the selection in the custom line. I am so happy with rods that avoid a telescoping format with two different diameters. The finial ends look very thoughtful and intentional in my space. I engaged with customer service a few times and was pleased with the support at every turn. I have reccomended HF without hesitation and have already completed two projects. Very happy customer!

These curtain rods are great! I was stressed about finding quality rods for my bay windows. The only other options I could find were either cheap looking plastic or aluminum tracks or extremely expensive custom jobs. Highland Forge bent the rods perfectly to size, and with bypass brackets I can pull the curtains around the corners to the edge of the window.
